Important Information concerning Coronavirus / Covid-19
Whilst M&M Auctions strives to operate with business as usual, in the interests of all our staff and customers, it is very important that you do not travel to our saleroom without a prior arranged appointment.

Current Lead Times on Packing Orders
M&M continues to pack all orders for customers that wish items to be shipped. Please be aware that due to staff restrictions, it may take a little longer than usual to get items to you at this time. We appreciate everyone’s patience and are working to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.

Post Sale Advice
Thank you to everyone who participated in our March Specialist Auction over the past three days. If you have been successful, winning bidders will be invoiced from late Monday afternoon onwards. Please allow 1 – 2 days to receive the invoice and please remember to check spam folders. We’ll update this page when invoices have been sent.

Update: All invoices have now been sent. Please check spam folders if you are not in receipt of invoice. If you are still not in receipt, please email or call us and we will forward you a copy.

Postage of Lots
Unless otherwise informed, by default, we’ll add postage on to your invoice. We anticipate packing of lots will commence from Wednesday 18th. Whilst most orders are packed within 2 – 3 days please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

We anticipate all orders to be shipped by Friday 3rd April.

Collection of Lots
If you wish to collect your items, you will need to make an appointment with us. It is very important that you do not travel without an appointment. With recent and ongoing developments concerning the spread of Covid-19, M&M Auctions is now operating a strict appointment only policy. Please call the office to book a time-slot.
