Post-Sale Information (May Auction)

Welcome to June! Thank you to everyone who took part in our sale last month. Just a reminder that invoices from our May Auction will be sent out from late afternoon today (Monday 1st June). It may be that some arrive tomorrow morning. Please be patient whilst we process these as we calculate an in-house shipping quote by default for all invoices. IF you are looking to collect, you can call us at anytime today from 9.30am.

Reminder about collecting lots
Strictly Appointment Only in the best interests of staff and customers.
– We will allocate a 45 minute time slot per customer.
– Payment by card if possible please or by BACS in advance. If paying by cash, please ensure it is sealed in a envelope to the correct amount.

Lots will be ready for you to collect and left in lobby or outside (weather permitting). Our staff will be wearing gloves and face masks. We respectfully ask you to sanitise your hands prior to using our card machine.

Invoices have now been sent. Please be patient when trying to phone in as our lines are extremely busy. Admin staff are still remote working.

Update 5th June
Apologies to anyone trying to call in to settle invoices and arrange collection, our phone line has been extremely busy. We are happy to report however that all items are packed and ready for immediate dispatch upon payment and/or ready for collection with an appointment.
