Thank you to all who participated in our auction last Friday and Saturday. We are now beginning to process invoices for sending to anyone successful in the sale. A few important points of note for anyone who has been successful.
- Invoices will be emailed from Monday 20th – Afternoon. Some of you may receive your invoices into Tuesday, 21st. If you have not received your invoice by end of Tuesday 21st July, please check your spam folder. If there is still nothing, please email or call the office. Everyone would have been sent an invoice by close of play, Tuesday 21st July.
- Invoices will automatically have postage calculated on them by default. If you are looking to collect, please contact the sales office to book an appointment.
- We are packing and posting from Wednesday 22nd July. We use DHL for domestic postage. This is a next day service. It may take up to 10 days to pack your items.
Results are yet to be uploaded on the saleroom. We have had some queries about why lots were passed. This is because results are yet to be finalised. These should update sometime on Monday 20th July.
