M&M are proud of our reputable in-house post and packing services. We provide some information on what to expect when using this provision.
Buyer benefits
Competitive.
We do not make a profit out of this service. We provide our in-house packing as a service benefit to you. Our costs are based on materials, our packing staff and courier costs. Usually prices are calculated at cost (for the postage service + a small fee for packing materials). On average our UK buyer’s pay £10 to 15 for a small to medium sized box of several items. For international buyers, on average, the cost of a small to medium sized box is £20 to £30.
Safe.
We have years’ of experience when it comes to packing collectables. We are proud that over 99% of all our parcels arrive in the condition they left us. We recognise the different requirements of various types of collectable and pack them accordingly
Swift.
We aim to pack and dispatch your lots as soon as possible. Busy periods may see longer lead times but currently, you can expect to receive your parcel within 2 - 3 working days. On the day of delivery, for domestic customers, you’ll get a time slot for your estimated delivery.
Worldwide.
We ship our parcels Worldwide using the bank of couriers available to us. For most domestic parcels, we use Royal Mail or DHL. European parcels are usually shipped with DPD. Rest of the World sees us use UPS or FEDEX.
